Fermenting Crock Pots are made from stoneware that has been formed as one piece with no seams and it is fired at 1260°C. This gives them exceptionally durable properties. They are hand crafted in Germany and are similar to the Original Harsch Gertopf Pots. These pots are perfect for turning Chinese/Napa into kimchi, sauerkraut or pickling vegetables and cucumber pickles.
